All orders are made to order  We take time to ensure each item is perfectly crafted, so processing time is typically 1 week (give or take a day or two) before shipment to ensure curing.

For large orders, please order 1-2 weeks before your event to allow ample time for preparation and shipment.

These are fragile items, and while we pack with care, some breakage may occur in transit. If any items are damaged, please send a photo, and well be happy to replace or refund broken pieces.

Non-refundable due to being made to order, but well gladly assist with replacements or refunds for broken items.
