Monster's Plaster Paint Kit
All orders are made to order. Depending on the qty and if molds are in use. orders take approx a week before shipping (give or take a day or 2) we have to make sure the item cures before shipment.
Order large orders, please consider 1 to 2 weeks before your event to place order.

Plaster pieces are made by me from Plaster of Paris. Some pieces may have minor bubbles or discolorations.
These are a very fragile item. We package with care but sometimes items do break in mail. We try and keep stock on hand but sometimes run out. Please consider this when ordering. If we need to make any replacements they take 4 days to cure before we can ship.
These are non refundable, since they are made to order. I can send replacements or refund items that are broken. Please message and send photos.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not take any returns or refunds.
If the item is received broken, please message us with a photo.
Returned Packages
It is up to the buyer to update the delivery address through Etsy before checking out. We are not responsible for forwarded packages.
We would be happy to re-ship any returned packages back to you with payment of additional shipping. We do not refund returned packages.

Once the package is picked up, it is completely out of our hands and control.
If your package becomes lost, please contact your local carrier or post office.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout (for buyer/seller protection).
Please check the status of your package using the tracking provided by USPS/Etsy. I see the same tracking as you do.
We are not responsible for lost packages that show "delivered" to the address provided. Please contract
